How do you determine prices for the guide?

Simple, we obtain sales records from all over the internet, mainly from eBay.

eBay doesn’t necessarily always mean an accurate price, so why use it?

eBay is currently the most popular site for purchasing doujinshi and thus it will be used most often. Also few other sites allow for others to see what price something was sold at making them less reliable then eBay as well. Until a doujinshi site makes as many sales as eBay does in doujinshi then the argument is futile.

How can someone verify the price?

They can easily view the Proof of Price (PoP).

Does the price include the shipping cost?

Generally no, however if it is evident that the seller is overcharging on shipping then the overcharged amount will be subtracted from the shipping amount and added to the item price. This is very uncommon.

What is the Proof of Price?

Why isn’t  a certain doujinshi listed?

Generally, we only listed doujinshi that are a minimum of $40 USD. We are also very limited and cannot retrieve and document every thing, at least not yet anyway!

What’s the purpose of all this?

To provide a documented compiled list of purchased doujinshi at the price they were purchased.

Is there anyway someone can help?

Yes, we are always trying to help makes things better. Accuracy is very important. The guide cannot be perfect but will try to be as helpful as it can. Submissions of title names and circles for unknown doujinshi with proof of correct name are always welcome. Contact us.
